The hotel was clean, shower pressure was good and staff were helpful. If you have a room that looks out onto main road, you will need ear plugs, extremely noisy at night with sirens and traffic. Hotel bar is expensive, but there are plenty of more reasonable priced places nearby. Sloth cafe up the road does great coffee and breakfast options. There was a light on the air con unit in the hotel room which was irritating to sleep with - we covered it over with plasters. Good location, great for a long weekend away.

Brilliant location for sightseeing, especially as though there is a big bus stop right outside the door. Plus there is a huge mile long shopping street just around the corner, with all known high street shops and many other shops there. There are also many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The train station is around a 3 minute walk as is the underground but we didn't use either as we did the big bus (highly recommended) The staff were polite and helpful. The main area of the hotel is modern and comfortable. The room (324) was small and a little dated, especially the bathroom but as this was just a place to sleep, it was adequate. The breakfast area is a little cramped but the food was plentiful, with a great choice. There is a selection of cold meats and cheeses, cereals, hot food, pasties, fruit and a pancake maker. The restaurant food was lovely, and arrived freshly cooked and hot. The floors to the rooms in the hotel do need recarpeting as they are full of stains but within the room, the carpet was clean. In all if it's not luxury but a clean hotel with good food and good location you are looking for, this hotel is a great one

We had a program mainly to explore Vienna for 4 days. The hotel is from a chain that is not exactly aimed at the type of tourists like us. We didn't expect much given that we used a hotel of this type. Positive things: -excellent location -excellent breakfast -The room is not very small, it is enough. The bathroom is a bit small, but that is not the most important thing. -There are two metro stations and a tram stop nearby. Communication place. -Nearby is a street with everything you need. -There are probably more positive things. Negative things. Not many, but still: -Rooms facing the busy boulevard are noisy. -Our rooms were not ready for check-in time. Being busy can't be an excuse. -Cleaning the rooms can't just be emptying the trash. -The carpet is beyond criticism. I would visit the hotel again if I don't find something better.

Great reception staff

I wanted to mention the reception staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself though suffers with poor soundproofing, we had a room with an interconnecting door option (which we werent using) and could hear the people in the other room talking. Also noise from the corridor when people walked past. The air con didn't work either so room does get warm. Otherwise room was fine for a 3* and the beds were comfortable.

Had a lovely stay here, clean sizeable room. The room was lacking tea and coffee but we were able to bring one up from downstairs. Great breakfast, nice restaurant. Great location for us, near to main train line and tram stop outside the door. Would definitely stay again.
